- Save the filled PDF, then flatten it separately if needed.
When to use this tool
Complete a PDF application or questionnaire that already contains interactive AcroForm fields. Scanned or flat forms need text additions through Edit PDF instead.
Frequently asked questions
The file may be a flat scan or use unsupported XFA forms. Use Edit PDF to add text to a flat page.
Certificate signature fields are not filled here. Sign PDF can add a visible signature mark.
